Service Bookings

  • Strategy sessions must be booked through our official booking system

  • Payment is required at the time of booking

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply as outlined below

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service booking

 

Payment Methods

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors

 

Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made in accordance with our refund policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days when approved

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling

  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% refund, no rescheduling

  • No-show: No refund or rescheduling

 

Provider Cancellations

  • If we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or priority rescheduling
